11/12/11

Beautiful day at Sebastian inlet. East wind around 10 knots, incoming tide, and plenty of sun.
Wes and I finally got the boat out for some flounder action. We caught about 15 jacks, 8 ladiefish, 5 catfish, and a Pompano before we caught our first flounder. We ended up catching 2 small flatties and losing a couple by the boat. The flounder are starting to make an appearance and should be thick by the tournament!
I turned this Pompano into ceviche and shared it at a poker game. A couple people asked about the recipe, so look for the new "recipes" tab.
All fish caught with 1/4 oz jighead and grub tail jig tipped with shrimp.
